01 Assess
We start with the plant as it is, not as it looks on a slide.
We read the drawings, walk the floor, and compare what the line makes with what it's supposed to make. That gap is what we work on.
02 Design
Then we design the change that addresses that gap.
It might be a connection, a layout, a workflow, a machine, or a process. We keep the scope to what the shop needs. Extra work stays off the job.
03 Implement
We help put it on the floor and stay through handoff.
Install, start up, and train the people who will run it. A PDF isn't a finish line. The shop should be able to run when we're not standing there.
04 Verify
We check the numbers against what was agreed.
If it's short, we keep adjusting. The job is done when the floor holds the result, not when a report is formatted.
When we leave, the issue should be settled on the floor, not only written up.
